We’ve been in this industry for over 30 years, we’ve seen some great service companies and we’ve seen some great sales companies.
Not all companies are honest in their approach to the industry, and sadly we’ve seen those too.
I often refer to one of my long-time customers who, at 90 years old was told he needed a new system. The company made three visits to his home, one for service where the unit was condemned, one from sales, and one from an installation coordinator for a $13,000 installation to get him cooling again. He needed a 30 cent wire.
A second look couldn’t hurt. We do charge for a service call to pay our techs, but that’s less expensive than a system.
